Update
Maintenance is still in progress, and window is being extended by 2 hours, until 11 pm. The start of our work had to be delayed by 2 hours while we waited for our vendor to put the phone line forwarding in place.

Biola IT will perform maintenance on the campus phone system this evening, Friday, September 11, between 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. Cisco desk phones and Jabber may be offline for up to 15 minutes while the phone servers are rebooted and phones reload.

What this means for you:
Cisco desk phone and Jabber softphone services will be intermittent during the maintenance, and phones will reboot.

Purpose of this maintenance:
The goal of the maintenance is to replace security certificates that will be expiring soon.
