Biola’s enterprise systems and websites will be down for up to 6 hours beginning on Sunday, May 12, 2019 at 3:00 p.m.
What this means for you: During this maintenance window there will be no access to Biola’s enterprise systems from on-campus or off-campus. Biola websites will redirect to a maintenance page. Cisco Jabber phone service will not work from off-campus. Wireless internet on-campus will be down. VPN access to campus will be down.
Purpose of this maintenance: To install software updates to Biola’s datacenter network switches.
