Biola IT will perform maintenance on the campus phone system on Friday, July 29, between 4:00 - 11:00 p.m. PDT. The Cisco phone system will be offline for periods of time during this window in order to perform a major software upgrade.

There will be service disruptions to placing and receiving phone calls on both Cisco desk phones and Cisco Jabber softphones during this maintenance window. Calls placed to the university will be forwarded to backup phone services during this time.

The goal of the maintenance is to perform a major software upgrade to our Cisco phone system.
