Update
Maintenance is still in progress. Most systems are back up and running again, but there is one critical service still in troubleshooting. We will resolve the maintenance window as soon as that issue is corrected.

Biola’s campus internet and websites will be down for up to 9 hours on Saturday (8/8) between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
What services will NOT be available during this maintenance? • MyAccount services • Biola Timecard • Banner and Cognos services • Biola LEARN (Lifelong Education and Resource Network) • Biola Housing services • Wired and wireless (wifi) internet access from on-campus • Most Biola websites will redirect to a maintenance page • Cisco Jabber phone service will not work from off-campus • VPN access to campus will be down
Purpose of this maintenance: • To replace the campus network firewalls in Biola’s datacenter.
