On June 1 and 2 (Tuesday and Wednesday) IT will facilitate an upgrade to the Transact software and server on behalf of the ID Card Office. During the upgrade various Transact services and functions will be unavailable:

We will be unable to print ID cards of any kind in the ID Card Office.
The add-value kiosks in the Library will be unavailable
eAccounts for card balance management will be unavailable
The Biola Store will be unable to process purchases using ID card funds
Campus Safety will be unable to process ID access request
Personal printing using personal ID card funds on copiers will be unavailable. Business-use printing via Department Cost Center accounts will remain operational.
Door access readers will remain operational and function on their normal unlock schedules.
Grubhub mobile ordering will be down
Cardholders who already have access to secured areas will continue to have access. New requests shall remain pending until upgrade is complete.
