Biola’s VPN service will be down for 30-60 minutes during an upgrade on Friday (9/25) between 6:00-8:00 a.m. PDT. This work will install software and security updates for both the VPN firewalls and the VPN client software.

During the maintenance window you will not have a consistent connection to Biola using the VPN service until the maintenance is complete. After the upgrade, your Cisco AnyConnect VPN client software will upgrade to the latest version (4.9.02028).
