Biola IT will perform maintenance on the campus voicemail & voice menu system on Thursday, August 4, between 5:00 - 10:00 p.m. PDT. The Cisco voicemail & voice menu system will be offline for periods of time during this window in order to perform a major software upgrade.
There will be service disruptions to leaving voicemail messages on Biola phones during this maintenance window. Calls to and from the university will still be placed normally.
The purpose of this maintenance is to perform a major software upgrade to our Cisco voicemail & voice menu system.
