Print and copy services should be restored by the early afternoon on March 2, 2020. If copier service is immediately required please contact the IT Helpdesk (it.helpdesk@biola.edu, x4740), IT has developed a work around.

The Card Office has scheduled a software upgrade for the campus card system over spring break. The upgrade entails a two-day outage from March 2nd to 3rd. The following services will be unavailable during the 2-day outage:

* Granting/revoking new door access privileges
* Adding funds to personal ID cards and Department cards
* eAccounts
* PHiL add-value kiosks
* Stored Value balance inquiries
* Credit card transactions at Bon Appetit retail locations
* Printing of ID Cards
