Apple Computer Printing Issue Affecting Stapling Options

We are aware of an issue affecting some Apple computers where the Staple option is unavailable or greyed out when printing. IT is currently investigating the issue and working to identify the cause. Users are still be able to print documents without stapling. We will provide an update as more information becomes available.

Workaround: Print a single copy of your document, then use the finishing options on the copier to make the desired number of copies and apply stapling directly at the device.
